A pure yoga school
What started as searching for a four or five-day yoga practice studio in Germany, in the end, turned into a 300-hour teacher training course in India. This was one of the best choices in my life. This journey was a phenomenal experience. I finally learned the means of yoga and returned home with a calm and peaceful mind. The teachers are professionals in their subject area and have profound knowledge that leads us to learn yoga through science, philosophy, and spirituality in a simple and mindful way. They teach with humor and patience. See students as individual learners and with no judgment toward students. Our ashtanga and anatomy teacher: Pradeep, has deep knowledge and wisdom. He does not only teach all posture individually but with insightful anatomy knowledge and philosophical concept, which helps us understand the relationship between the physical and mental connection. Every time he demonstrates the asana, you see the "Union." Our philosophy teacher: Bhagyashree- none of us would skip her class. No one wants a break time. On the contrary, we all wish to continue the lessons. She is a wholehearted and profound philosophy teacher. You see the wisdom and spirituality in her shining, deep eyes. She seems to see through your eyes to the bottom of your heart. We are all intoxicated with her class. Our vinyasa teacher: Ashish- Always comes very calm and in harmony with the rest of the world—his vinyasa flow style, which I have never experienced before. Each vinyasa flow class is different. He is so creative and flows with awareness and heart. His vinyasa flows like water as you move in space. Our teaching-method teacher: Anupritha- is not only showing us the steps of breath counting from ashtanga, which was difficult for me. She is very patient and always with a beautiful smile. She takes care of students and makes students a pleasant stay. Her teachings come very naturally, and you feel part of the family. Of course, there are many more to mention - the administration staff, the cameraman, and the facility people all put effort into making my learning journey exceptional. I want to mention the people behind the scenes - kitchen members - whom I was pleased to meet. They are so kind and always smile. Also, I did not speak their language; I want to express my gratitude for their excellent vegetarian food, which gave me energy every day and made me crave the next meal. Besides the above, I met many excellent young people in our school. Although I am 57, they inspired me much, encouraging me to keep learning. Meeting so many incredible young here gives me a thought - if young people can spend some time here before adulthood to discover themself with awareness and mindfulness, that definitely will help them with both physical and spiritual development and lead them to a confident and positive future. I met quite a lot of local people. When they learned I was in Vinyasa Yoga Ashram, they all said it is a great place to learn yoga. I am lucky and very grateful for this opportunity. Anyone who reads this review would like to ask more questions about school. I am more than happy to answer you...
