15 DAYS AND STILL NO TECH SUPPORT
UNIFAB software did not provide details that were advertised - most notably the "AutoPilot" which would be key for video enhancement. From day 2 I have filled out a form requesting tech support three weeks straight and have not received any response. The software supposedly has a "30 day trial and money back". They were quick to take my $339, but then left me to their A.I. generated support which is a pro in double talk and non-customer-resolution.
