Pretty much the same experience than everyone here. Ordered 10 rolls of 2kg filament, received 10 rolls of 1kg filament. Support doesn't respond, not option proposed.

Good filament but poor customer service
Good quality filament and great prices. However, don't count on customer service if you need an information or have a problem.
