9 years as a reviewer and this is the worst product and service of my life. A total disgrace
I bought a Creality printer on December, and by February, it completely stopped working. During the short month and a half it "worked," it was unreliable and barely printed. Since it failed past Amazon's 30-day window, I was forced to deal with the manufacturer. That was the beginning of the worst customer service nightmare I have ever experienced. It is now July. I have spent 7 months with a useless machine. They have wasted hours of my time, dragging me through an endless loop of making me send videos back and forth and doing ridiculous troubleshooting, tests and more tests without any results. I have complied with every single request. I am not asking for a refund; I am demanding they honor the warranty, take this defective unit back, and send a working replacement. They refuse. This company is a disgrace. Creality should be deeply ashamed of putting a customer through this much aggravation and wasting months of my time over their own factory defect. My money is completely gone. If you are thinking of buying from them, do yourself a favor and look at another brand. Creality does not stand behind its products, has no integrity, and their service is an insult to consumers.
