Unacceptable quality and incomplete delivery of items.
I ordered online, due to Covid19. I understand that it is inevitable that fruits will not be perfect when ordered online. However, to actually receive a completely rotten item, that was already decomposing, is absolutely unacceptable! This is not the first time. In previous times, I have items that were not delivered and never refunded! Please look into your QC. It's about time I give your competitors a chance to earn my money.
