1 star is the lowest I could give. their support is non-existing. Had a issue for applying for a credit card. but system didn't let me apply even though I have bank account and other cards with them. Went to brunch and no one knows why or could explain why. After filling up a hard copy paper application (seriously!?) to date still no news from them. Each time I call I have to wait 30 min before they hang up. The only reason I bother is because I have an old refund and need to have a UOB card to get my money back. Otherwise, I'll NEVER bother to use their services.
