I haven’t received my package yet and bad customer service
I haven’t received my package yet, but it’s been sitting in the exact same place for 11 days. I reached out to the company and there exact words were “ Your order is in transit, it will arrive soon, don’t worry” didn’t give me any new or helpful information and brushed me off. Super unprofessional. I hope my costume will arrive in time for Halloween considering I ordered it 32 days in advance and it said it would be 7-10 ish days. I hope the costume is quality and fits. But I really did not appreciate being blown off by “don’t worry” it’s borderline rude. I did my research but I’m coming to realize the reviews must’ve been fake. Super disappointed hope they can turn it around
