Costume never came
I ordered a Star Wars Rey Costume on September 22nd for Halloween. On the 23rd they said it had been shipped and sent me a fake tracking number. When I clicked on it, it said it's already in New York and waiting to be picked up by USPS which I though was strange since I knew it was coming from overseas. So now it has been 3 weeks meanwhile shipping was supposed to be 6-12 days. I have not received the costume and when I click on the tracking number, it still says the same exact thing. No updates since the 23rd. ALL A FAKE SCAM. So I emailed them to cancel and they responded that they are sorry and the parcel has arrived locally and they will contact their logistics company to expedite the delivery and to have a nice day. So I responded that if it's not here within the next 2 days, I am disputing the charge with PayPal and filing a complaint. The costume is probably sitting on one of those cargo barges off the coast of California if they even shipped it at all which I doubt. Really wish I had seen the real reviews on this website before ordering 😡😡
