very inconsistent
I ordered two pairs—black and cream. The black is great. But the cream is terrible—seams don’t line up at the waist; zipper is not right; I emailed customer service and got no response. The return policy is terrible—Shame on me for not reading more carefully. I’d like another pair but it’s just too risky and an expensive gamble for something I might love or might go in the donation bin.
