I ordered two pairs of glasses on 2/3/24. The first pair arrived in about a week and they are working out well. The second pair has yet to come and I cannot get anyone to give me an update as to why or when I can expect them. I have followed up a few times via email asking for an update on whether or not they have shipped or when they might ship. No one has responded to my inquiry. Half of my order just seems to have fallen through the cracks and the company doesn’t seem to mind.
