Did not receive full purchase. TWICE
I've placed 3 orders with this company. The first order went fine. The second two did not. I did not receive everything I purchased and I reached out to SSE customer service about it. While they were kind and tried to be helpful they kept reassuring me they had provided me with my full purchase even though I could provide screenshots showing them just the opposite.
