I purchased your software four days ago. From the second day, I contacted your support team via email to request a refund because the software has not performed as expected. It takes an extremely long time to complete each step, and after about five hours, the final step involved installing an unofficial version of WhatsApp. When I entered my phone number to verify, it failed and displayed a message stating that the version is not official. As a result, my number was banned for one day. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but I have not received any response or resolution.
