I never write reviews like this but I am very disappointed!! Not even quality merchandise but I decided that I would do for the time until I found something else. I put it on my couch and it did not fit so I took it off and immediately email customer care and told them it did fit and I was not happy with the quality, and would like to return it. I was then asked to put it back on the couch and send them pictures, which I did and pointed out to them how it did not fit, and stressed again that I was not happy with the quality. 24 hours later I still had not received a reply, so I followed and was told once again to put back on the couch and a different picture. It's going to Goodwill.
