I’m a customer from Canada. Customer service is quick the grinder took 1.5-2 weeks to ship all the way from Singapore. Really satisfied with the grinder and definitely worth the wait! Coffee taste so much better than my previous grinder. Very powdery fine grinds. I use the Breville Bambino Plus. The grinder makes coffee better than most cafes I’ve been too.
