Terrible Customer Service Line :(
Did not have a good experience with their phone lines to fix a trip problem with my flight. I wanted to change my return date to a day later and called the number for the website. The person on line was not helpful wouldn't answer my question in a way that was easy to follow. I was more confused as I was let to believe there was only a 35$ to make changes to my Return flight based on the policy from the website and was told that in additon to my original flight that I be charged 100$ to 300$ to make the change, being told there was no other flights cheaper. The person behind the phone seemed more concerned to pressure me to pay the extra amount then and now as a sales pitch rather then help me clarify my concerns. This site tempted me with its prices I just cannot justify the way things went about my issue. I cannot see myself using this service again and cannot recommend it.
