ZERO STARS! We ordered a Loki costume from the website after carefully reading the FAQs to make sure we had PLENTY of time for shipping. It has been 2 months since we placed our order and it HASN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. I reached out several times to the customer service. They have assured me that “It will ship by the end of the month” when I asked in September. “If it hasn’t shipped by 10/18, email us” when I asked in early October. “If you need by Halloween, pick another item. We still need time to process” when I asked in the 18th. In the FAQs it says that processing time is 10-15 days or 20-25 days under high volume times. If they need 63+ days to process orders, they need to update the FAQs. We never would have ordered from here if we knew it wouldn’t make it in time. The customer service people will give you the runaround long enough to keep you on the hook so you will have hope the item will actually make it in time. If they would have told me at first inquiry that it wouldn’t be here, we would have gotten it elsewhere. So frustrating. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a Sylvie costume from a different but similar website ON THE SAME DAY, and I’ve had that for probably 6 weeks now.
