Ordered a bike it worked fine for a day now having issues with power . The battery and charger are suspect but the woman called melina keeps giving me 'try this try that instructions' (for the wrong battery etc) and now wants me to mess about sending video evidence and muck about doing drop tests whilest all the while stating " if there is something wrong we will rectify it at no cost " the warranty seems to mean jack S as after 4 message sessions i am no nearer to getting replace ment parts this bicycle was ordered Via amazon and recieved 2 days ago in york . and now they have taken to not answering any more
