Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic I had placed the order in September and on the 29th it shipped. On the 15th of October, I contacted Customer Service since I did not received order. A replacement was sent out right away and received with in a couple of days. This Saturday, Oct. 23rd, I received the original shipment. Once again, I contacted Customer Service and while on the phone received the return label. The only reason I am deducting a point is because of USPS bad service. Not WeCrochet's service.
