All the bad reviews are correct
I ordered my costume on September 29th and all I got was the confirmation email After that I didn’t hear anything I’ve sent multiple emails and still nothing then I sent them a message through their Instagram and I was finally told exactly these words “Sorry that, our supplier failed us, your order can’t arrive on time now” they waited until now to tell me that this has got to be a joke of a company simply just terrible service and communication it amazes me how they’re still open
