WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS A FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE!
Placed my order in 5-4-24 thinking my item was in stock. Two weeks later I called to follow up,spoke with Jennifer, she advised that it was not built yet. Jennifer said she would follow up, she never did. Called the company back on 5-27, I think, spoke to someone who said she was an owner. I did not get her name, however she would have Jennifer follow up, never got my call back. I called back on 5-29-24, now I"m starting to keep track of names and dates. Spoke with Carrie, she checked with Jennifer and advised me that it still will be another 2-3 weeks at best for my vault to be be built.I reveived conflicting reasons of outside vendor issues, which I can understand in todays lousy enviroment in the business world. So, my main complaint is with the follow up from the employess/owner. I feel they just want to get you off the phone. As of today, I have no idea when I will be receiving my vault
