Scam !!! BE CAREFUL
If I could give zero star to their product and company's services. Paid £220 for extra 2 years warranty but you don't get any response to emails, they have 24/7 chat option which is a joke as no one replies to the messages once AI chat box transfers to customer services. I would warn anyone who is considering to buy rotimatic from this company. I have rotimatic plus and the machine has always some sort of issues in wifi connection or error messages which do not get resolve even following the troubleshooting steps on their website PLEASE DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
