First and foremost, I have been looking for the Dior Medium Saddle in White everywhere (on every single IG seller page as well as on FB pages). I had reached out to the team at Loveholic SG in June and again in July. In October, a member of the team reached out to me and told me they finally had one in stock. I was shocked that they even remembered to keep an eye out for me after all this time! During the transaction, the team was extremely patient and understanding, especially as I had so many questions to ask as a new purchaser. They were incredibly fast and replying and provided very clear and polite responses each time I had to message with a question. I was also provided with so many pictures and videos of the item! They were so on top of the sale, not needing me to chase up about shipping, the certification or when the item was in their possession etc. The item came in 7 days and in great condition, as described. I had no issues with the quality of the bag whatsoever.
