Why why why didn’t I trust the reviews about this company. I ordered the correct size for my husband and waited 18 days for it to come and it was tosmall. These shoes looks like plastic and is definitely not orthopaedic shoes. Now they want to refund me 20%. What a joke I’ll make sure everybody knows about this scam. Makes me furious to think I tried to support this company and this is what they do for you This is there response 1. You need to bear the expensive return costs. 2. Our warehouse address is in Hong Kong, China. The international shipping fee is very expensive. It may exceed the price of the product you purchased. Obviously it is not worthwhile for you, so we do not recommend that you return it. You are our most distinguished customer. Your satisfaction is our greatest pursuit. In order to show our sincerity, we can refund you 20% of the payment.
