PVY not to be trusted
I bought the pvy z20 pro max beginning of September and I have never received it. They claimed that I received the bike as the tracking order appeared to be delivered. The courier company confirmed that the parcel was lost. They refused to send another bike or reimburse the money. I opened a dispute and luckily the credit card refund me what I've paid. More than a month wasted with them. 13/10/2025: further to your reply, I maintain my review. You simply postpone over and over again the same issue. More than a month has gone by. You are always saying, "we are investigating and will take responsibility". If you really wanted to take responsibility, you should have offered immediate solutions. Either sending another parcel or reimburse the customer. I can't wait for your "investigations" forever. It wasn't my fault if I didn't receive anything.
