If there is something wrong with your product - you will NOT be able to return it or get a refund
DON'T BOTHER. The dress we ordered ended up coming after the event, so I requested a return label after they confirmed via email that I could return it. Stall tactics like all of the other reviews on this page, initially offering me $30 then $40 to keep the dress that I paid $100 for. They won't give me a return label, and I believe they're stalling until the return window of 15 days is closed. It's absolutely infuriating.
