I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the airport transfer service I booked through your platform. The transfer was arranged via Travelthru and operated by DD Transport for my recent arrival in Doha. Despite your website clearly stating that the driver would wait up to 45 minutes, the driver left after only 30 minutes, claiming I had taken too long. This happened while I was traveling with my family and a five-year-old child, after a long international journey. We were left stranded at the airport and had to arrange another taxi to our hotel at our own expense. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I booked this service to ensure a smooth arrival for my family—not to be left searching for transport in a foreign country. The behavior of the service provider reflects poorly not only on Travelthru and DD Transport but also on Booking.com as the platform that facilitated the booking.
