One month to get order, CS Didn't care
I needed this order asap for Christmas orders. Waited and waited and it never came. No notification or anything, so I checked and it never left California, was returned to shipper ( I am in PA). When I contacted customer support I was told after several day wait that they were delivered to my house. Had to argue and wait several days again to finally get them to understand that it never even left California. Then then took no responsibility, did nothing to make it right and did not expedite shipping to get it to me sooner, so took a month to get my order so I since had to order elsewhere to get what I needed. Very disappointing to a loyal customer, as customer support couldn't care less. UPDATE: Elegoo contacted me and apologized and offered a small gesture to make it right.
