Soooo disappointing!
Soooo disappointing! Yes, the flowers arrived the day they were supposed to. That’s for the 1 star. No, the flowers were nothing like the photo. No the flowers were not worth anywhere near the price I paid. No, the customer service failed to rectify the situation and I had to chase to get a reply pointing to terms and conditions and a voucher (lol) for 10% of the price paid. No, I won’t be using this company or recommend to anyone except perhaps my foes. Beware, they are network of sites and you might not even think you’re using this company - I bought flowers from newcastleblooms.com.au but this is clearly owned operated by these clowns.
