Bought the magnetic Ocoopa hand warmers…
Bought the magnetic Ocoopa hand warmers model UT3055 that are supposed to stay warm for 4hrs each. They only lasted 2 hours each.They tried to tell me that in cold outdoor weather they won't last as long. I proceeded to tell them I carried out a test in my kitchen with an ambient temp of 22degs and they still only lasted 2 hours . Fighting with them for weeks now trying to get a full refund for a faulty product . They are now trying to offer me a 20% discount for a product that is faulty . Not a hope am I taking it , pushing for a full refund or an upgrade to a better more reliable product and hopefully one that does what it says on the package .. Very bad company to deal with .. They are based in Bejing ...
