Order problems
I have ordered two Nanoleaf floor lamps. Dispatch time they advertise is 2-3 business days. So here we go 2 weeks later I have contacted them twice and only got automated messages without any meaningful response. My order wasn’t even processed let alone being dispatched. One of their responses said that the product just arrived in the warehouse and is going to be dispatched asap. Still waiting for my order. Awful service they have. Don’t fall for their marketing traps!
