Dreadful customer service 'pretty much everytime'
Horrible service as usual..sigh This time they sent me completely the different item which even colour doesn't much. Then had contact a week ago still no solve this issue. THEY KEEP ASKING ME my details again & again & again, also photos as well. Are they def / blind or something?? Why asking my details & photos again & again evreytime? DREADFUL customer service ever (& all the time same, never improving)
