NOT a full service airline, beware!!!!
Booked HK Express from HKK to BKK return. Had to transfer from a different airline in BKK to return to HK on this airline. One of our party stood in line for HK Express to advise that we were coming....as we reached the counter we were informed that we missed the cutoff time by 4 minutes (and we had booked premium tickets). No assistance given to reschedule on same airline and were forced to buy all new one way tickets on Cathay at a cost of £ 599++. Sent a note to refund HK Express tix that were not flown. Today I got an automated message reminding me of the 1 hour cutoff time and that our taxes MIGHT be partially refunded, everything else is down the drain.....Should have booked a proper airline to begin with! Not worth it, and lesson learned: Buy Cheap (which it actually even wasn't) then BUY TWICE. Expect Zero Service from HK Express even with paying for priority service--it does not exist.
