Check Return Policy Before Buying
I ordered an outdoor curtain. Upon opening I found a pulled thread running side to side right through the middle. They told me they check products before sending, basically insinuating it must have occurred on my end. I asked to return for a refund and they stated it is not cost effective for them to pay for a return, and I would need to cover the cost. They offered a $5 refund on a bill totaling just short of $50. I am disappointed having wasted money on an unusable curtain. I do not recommend using this company.
