(Updated) I'm beginning to wonder...

Edit update (August 3): Once I understood that for some weird reason my phone was showing a spam warning for their calls, things got underway. Now I'm enrolled (thank you, Anthony!) and everything is looking up, making it no problem at all to change them to a 5-star rating. It really was very easy and understandable. Before I proceeded, I looked up the company with the BBB, and they have an A+ rating. That relieved a lot of my worries. I'm beginning to wonder... The website wouldn't work for me, so after a few rounds of telephone tag I talked to a person, we did the preliminary. She said it would be referred, and I'd be contacted. I need to point out that I have lots of doctor appointments, so telephone tag is normal. The company would contact me by text, I'd arrange a callback time (also by text). I call, get voicemail, no problem since they surely handle a multitide of customers. I leave a message asking them to text me so I can call them back, because Google android shows their number(s) to be spam. My phone automatically reroutes spam calls, I have no idea they have happened, unless they leave a voicemail. And then, a different person calls, it's spam classified, I get a message, I call back immediately and get voicemail. I'd like to get the ball rolling. Are they really not spam?
