Do not buy from them!!!I ordered a dress
I ordered a dress, standard size, not customised as they offer this service. Dress came way too big even though I measured myself before buying. I been emailing to customer service about returning it and getting refund, no answer for weeks. I sent an email saying ‘can I get an update on this’ and they answer me about tracking number! It’s like a slap in a face and they pretending that they didn’t see I’m actually asking about the refund! They also asked me to send pictures to see the problem!!! Dress is simply too big, however I still sent pictures. Terrible terrible service. I’m shocked and disgusted at how can they be so ignorant and refunding my own money for the wrong item!
