Selling FAKE products
I had ordered DOOSL DSIT032 presenter. However the website sent a cheap copy of the original product made in China. The communication held with the sales manager #Lemon assured me that they will send a genuine product. However, i feel doomed. Paying for the price of a genuine product got a cheap first copy. Only one advice. Don’t trust their sales managers and dont buy from this website. (Mar. 12, 2025) Today i have received the reply from the sales manager on my whats app stating all new DOOSL products will not have logo of DOOSL so the supplied product is genuine. I am in a fix. If #Lemon’s statement about DOOSL products is true then what has restrained her, putting same argument in #TRUSTPILOT reply, why she had to resort to personal message.
