Bought BV9900 PRO from this website because it was cheaper than what the US Blackview store/website offered. Because of this, I paid the ultimate price. It turns out, the devices from Blackview.HK do not work in the United States and won't activate with our local carriers. I contacted their support and they took a very long time to respond to my emails don't even offer any true help. They instead had me ship my phone all the way to China and it stayed there for God knows how long, and only to be told there was "nothing wrong with it". They did not offer a refund and just sent the phone back to me. I spent shipping fees and waited for almost two freaking months to get it back! I ended up using a sim from Mint Mobile instead and it works a bit. But I really wanted to use my AT&T sim. Decided to buy another one and this time, from the US store - us.blackview.store - and they were more than happy to walk me through the AT&T activation. Their customer support is superb. Plus, they ensured me of a 1-year US warranty and repairs are done in the United States which means if there's an issue, I won't have to ship the phone to China again and wait for an eternity.
