I have never had an issue with…delivery issues and charges
I have never had an issue with deliveries before. I placed an order on October 26 and funds were taken from my account. I still have not received my order and have since found out that USPS is no longer delivering vape products as of October 21. I don’t understand why my order was processed and states “fulfilled” when I have yet to receive it. Since I made the transaction after the changes of their mailing with USPS, I should not have been charged, notified that they could not send their products and most definitely not charged for items I did not receive.
