Missing Battery Ryobi leaf blower package
Bought a Ryobi leaf blower package which was supposed to come with the blower, charging station and battery pack. The box arrived but I was out of town and couldn’t open it until a month later and there was no battery in the sealed original box. I immediately contacted Tanga and requested the battery be provided and sent separately. I was told it was past the date for returns. I responded that I wasn’t requesting a return authorization, just wanted all the parts that were supposed to be in the box and now useless tool unless I spent another $30 for a battery. No response whatsoever, DON’T BUY Anything from Tanga!!!!!!
