Grateful for this software!
This past week I had an external hard drive fail. I took a chance, purchased the software. It was a very long process to scan and retrieve files - but then again I had over 580gigs. That said, once the restore started, it was about 5 hours. So far, I have found all the files I was most concerned with. Additionally, the chat support was very responsive when, at the end of the first 24 hour long scan, the software closed. Leaving me to start the scan all over again. Why the 3 star review? Because their is a Trojan virus embedded in the software. This was a link sent directly from them in chat. Luckily Trend Micro caught it and deleted it. I was warned about downloading software from online - but if you have strong antivirus, it should block it. So - Wondershare should figure out how that is happening to protect the trust of their customers.
