One star is generous
After Temu appointed YTO to deliver a parcel they made just two attempts to deliver a parcel before returning it to the sender. Their reply by email was dismissive and very ‘copy and paste’. Fortunately I got a refund through PayPal and ordered a similar product from Temu. Unfortunately it again landed with YTO for delivery. Yesterday, I checked the tracking (G04538250314) and despite having notifications switched on I received no notifications. They had allegedly tried to deliver at 4.20am!! No contact made directly to me, no use of our buildings intercom, even though it was stupid o’clock on a Saturday morning. The response by email was once again weak and dismissive and there is no option to call them. No doubt this will also end up as a return to sender and another refund claim. Never using Temu again if this is repeated
