300 pound back up generator fixed at no cost to me!
My portable (300 pound) standby generator failed. The repair facility and manufacturer determined what was needed for the repair. THANKFULLY, I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty from Warranty Life. I submitted a warranty claim and received authorization to proceed within a day or 2. After the repairs were made, I submitted my repair receipts to Warranty Life. In 3 days, I was reimbursed for ALL of my out of pocket costs. There was no haggling or begging. Warranty Life reviewed my bills and paid me ALL of my out of pocket costs. My PayPal account was credited in just a few days. Long story short, the Warranty Life policy I bought was totally worth it. I would not by an expensive piece of gear, like a portable generator, without having an extended warranty again.
