double whammy
This review concerns not only BOOX but Shopify as well, as the latter was the vehicle handling a purchase made for a BOOX product. Rather than detailing a litany of problems incurred with the purchase, suffice it to say that I paid and subsequently learned shipment would be delayed for plausible reasons (Lunar New Year) but product information became blurred before shipment actually took place and I tried to cancel my order as a result. I'm getting push back now; the company is waffling about whether or not they'll honor the cancellation. TBH, I don't know who I'm actually messaging with: BOOX or Shopify but the email address says BOOX Hong Kong office. What a mess.
