Poor Quality Jewellery with substandard customer experience
Buyers beware of moon magic. This company does a good job of marketing its products through social media and online channels. However the quality of their jewellery does not match up to UK high street options. After paying approx £150 for a moon ring and earings, I was disappointed to discover the jewellery arrived, very slowly from China in poor packaging. Given the price of each item I was expecting better quality from the ring and earings. They seem to be cheaply made and this is in keeping with the very basic card board boxes the jewellery piece's were mounted in. After trying to return the items, my request was rejected as the company has claimed sales items cannot be returned. I would avoid this company at all costs. I see others have also expierenced misleading info on order returns, and alot of comments on poor quality. I have disputed the charge with AMX. Interestingly the company claims all Jewellery is made in India, but ships via Hong Kong. Seems bizarre to ship east to Hong Kong and then west to the UK.
