Extremely disappointing- unreliable
We’ve been in our new build for just three months and the Nanoleaf Matter Downlights have been nothing but disappointing. They’re intermittent at best — constantly dropping offline, failing to respond, and overall just completely unreliable. For something that’s marketed as smart lighting, they’ve been anything but. We’ve spent far too much time troubleshooting and trying to get them working consistently, and we’re now at the point of asking our electrician to rip them all out and replace them with a product that’s actually stable and dependable. Would not recommend if you’re looking for reliability in a smart home setup
