I have not received the boots paid for…
I have not received the boots paid for on August 2nd. It has cost me €133.95 and they have not even responded to my enquiries or telephone calls. UPDATE!! Their Customer Services Team have now responded to my complaint and have assured me they will be dealing with my order. They advised me that as the boots will be handmade it takes longer to produce them and have them quality checked. I feel more reassured I will actually receive them. I will update this review when I do.
