No returns .I used the size information and unfortunately made a mistake as they arrived and there was to small .although with no sizing or labels or order notes I could have been sent to the wrong size and have no way of knowing. I can't return these £45 cuffs ..such a shame as I have ordered previously and received lovely pieces .can't afford to order again so wasted money ..order takes a while due to coming from Singapore to Sweden then UK roughly 7 days in customs . disappointed.also not completely sliver which I didn't realise so very expensive for what they are .as a good will gesture I was offered 15%off na thanks UPDATE I have now been offered a suitable solution to my purchase thanks to the customer service team and look forward to ordering a replacement
