I placed an order and got nonstop emails about discounts and offers making it appear their customer service would be great but no updates on shipping. I had a bad feeling and boy was I right, I reached out and they gave me a tracking update which said it was delivered and of course it never showed up at my door. I reached out to the delivery company they ship through who investigated and said it was delivered and there was nothing they could do. I've sent 2 or 3 emails in the last 4 days updating them on that it didn't show up and that it was up to them to fix and conveniently they have not responded at all and I have not gotten any more annoying emails about deals or discounts. They stole over $100 from me and never even delivered a product....avoid this company, they are the absolute unprofessional worst!
