I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my shopping experience i have at yohers clothing store . In October 2025, I purchased a dress that was specified as a preorder item; however, as of February 10th, I have not receive my dress . I emailed to the company again , I was offered an exchange for a different dress, which, unfortunately, I also did not receive , i wasn’t told its out of to stock dress, i choose another dress , I received the same response its out of stock dress. I requested a refund my money back to card which is over $120 dollars, they completely ignored my emails . I am extremely upset with the service provided and this clothing company. Don’t buy !!!!!!!!!
