They won't let me unsubscribe??
I ordered a lens filter from K&F 2-3 years ago, since then I've been unable to unsubscribe to their newsletter. Many times I get more than one email on the same day, like today, basically spamming me. There is NO WAY to unsubscribe! I have tried to log in with the very same email, every time I get an error saying "Warning: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again!". If it is not in your records, then why on earth am I getting these emails?! In your privacy policy you state: "Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email." In fact, this is what is written at the bottom of every single email I get: "This commercial email was sent to you by kentfaith Company. The exclusive newsletter price is valid for 3 days and only applies to users who receive emails. You receive this email because you bought from K&F Concept official sites or subscribed our newsletter, we will always protect your security and pravicy. If you have any questions, Please feel free to contact us" As the only remaining option, I sent an email to the contact address asking them to remove me from their mailing list. Let's wait and see what happens, but I have to say it is extremely annoying and this practice is questionable on so many levels. I wonder if it's a bug or a textbook case of dark UX. But if the first, I find it just as problematic that you couldn't fix it in 2 years.
